Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the project design plan requirements, decomposition project tasks.
2. Participate in product structure design pre-research, production of CAD preliminary program, communication and coordination design
3. Coordinate and participate in the design of the overall mechanical products, and propose improvements to the design
4. Responsible for parts, components or assembly of CAD design, management, suppliers to complete, improve the mold parts or sheet metal parts and other samples, verify the sample to meet the design requirements
5. Conversion related design to mass production, to complete the production of the required process drawings, performance specifications, test indicators, tracking production quality and improve the design as needed
6. Comply with the company's quality management process, write the design specifications, test plans, test reports and other engineering design documents. Ensure that products comply with laws and regulations, safety requirements. Meet the company's quality, safety management objectives, to complete the training requirements, and actively participate in related activities
7. Develop functional concept design plan and carry out a comprehensive technical feasibility assessment of the design plan, including material selection, equipment and environmental requirements, processing technology capability, testing conditions and testing conditions;
job requirements:
- College degree or above, mechanical design or related major
Three or more years mechanical design experience
- Proficiency using Pro / Engineer 3D design, AutoCAD tools
- Has the basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing or similar professional systems
- Logic to analyze and understand the ability to understand communication skills
